Due to Halal issue and handling of perishable products, we do not accept returns or exchanges of products.

Should you have any problem upon receiving, e.g. wrong item or missing items, please Inform us immediately.

• For wrong items, kindly return to delivery guy immediately.
• For missing items, please call us immediately (call +65 6268 6826) with details like name, order number, missing item name, etc. We will conduct necessary checks to confirm if items are missing. Once confirmed, we will re-deliver the missing item to your place within 7 days from date of delivery.
